HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? 

All orders are placed directly via our online store.

WHERE CAN I LOCATE YOUR MENU?

Our menu is available on our website in the menu product tab section.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER DETAILS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

Yes, If you wish to make changes to your order please contact our Customer Service Team here. We must be provided with 48 hours prior to your delivery date.

We monitor the inbox and will respond within 24hours during business hours (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEST), please note weekends and public holidays may result in a delayed response during that time. We cannot guarantee any order can be changed once placed.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If you require a cancellation we require a 48hr notice via email prior to your delivery date to process any cancellation. (Must quote order number in email). 

Note: Cancellations incur a 20% fee of the total order.

Alternatively, if you simply wish to change the date of your delivery, email our team, 48hrs prior to your delivery date. 

DO YOU CATER FOR FUNCTIONS, BIRTHDAYS, WEDDINGS, CORPORATE EVENTS ETC?

Yes, Most definitely! Contact us here with the following details for a quote.

Be sure to include your function Details, Date, Time and Number of pouches required. Orders over 100 pouches require one weeks’ notice.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC TIME FOR DELIVERY?

Unfortunately you are unable to request a specific time for your delivery.

All Booze Lab deliveries are made between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Saturday.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver within 30km of Postcode 2192.

IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEND?

Yes, $70 Excluding the delivery fee.

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

  • Within 5km of 2192 = $10
  • 5 - 20km = $25
  • 20 - 25km = $35
  • 25 - 30km = $40

WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?

The driver will take a photo of your order and leave it in a safe place.

 DO YOU OFFER A PICK UP SERVICE?

We only offer delivery.

CAN I ADD ANY DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS/ NOTE/ MESSAGE?

Yes, Most Definitely! All instructions, notes or messages can be noted upon checkout when placing your order.

HOW DO I STORE THE POUCH ONCE RECEIVED?

Your drink pouches come with no ice, there is ice in the delivery box for you to use to fill up your pouches when you are ready to drink.

If you are saving the drinks for the following day (we recommend removing the fruit, drinks last up to 5 days stored in the fridge).  

DAMAGED ITEMS?

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work out a solution. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

There are only two reasons we offer refunds:

1. Damaged Received Goods

2. Wrong Item Received

DOES THE POUCH COME WITH ICE?

No. 

HOW MANY STANDARD DRINKS ARE IN EACH POUCH?

All cocktail pouches are approximately 1.5 Standard Drinks.
