Martin Miller distillery chooses fresh, organic botanical that are the traditional ingredients of a London Dry Gin, then blends each ingredient in copper stills, using traditional methods. First, the citrus elements are distilled, then the "heart" of the spirit, building a firm juniper and coriander foundation, before blending the citrus elements into the final product. The result is smooth but allows the fresh oranges and limes to sing.
